The staff were very welcoming and understood the customers needs as required for the ambience of the occasion. The service was first class measured with the service of each meal.

Spoilt for choice as soon as we sat down. The food was wonderful, faultless. The only thing they could have done better was that we felt a bit rushed and had to ask for a break.

This gem of a restaurant truly lives up to the positive reviews and high ratings. Absolutely superb food, quality ingredients and meticulous attention to details. Delightfully hospitable yet unobtrusive service. We left extremely satisfied and to us, it was well worth the drive up from Sydney. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay for dessert or sample any of the wines as we had to rush away for another commitment.

This restaurant is more than that - it is a culinary experience of sight and senses! The staff were so welcoming, pleasant, polite and helpful - exceptional service. The food was exquisite, both in presentation and flavour. We truly loved this magical evening from when we walked up the heritage path to the restaurant to when we ventured home. A true highlight of our Hunter Valley holiday. Cannot speak highly enough of Circa 1876.
